7 Days Return Guarantee
All our products come with an extensive 7 Days Return Guarantee during which you can return the products for a refund. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, handbagsfake.com will pay the original shipping costs.

1. Please note that the returned product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.
2. Please E-mail all return request back to service@handbagsfake.com. Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:
*Your order number
*Item(s) you want to return
*The reason you want to make a return.
*Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
3. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.
4. Please be aware that returned items must be in new, unused and unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
5. Shipping costs and a 10% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
6. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
7. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
